Tile roofing
Clay and concrete tile roofs, common across the South and West, repaired and replaced by roofers who know tile.
Tile roofs can last for decades, but the tiles themselves aren't the whole roof: the underlayment beneath them does much of the waterproofing and wears out sooner.
Common repairs
- Replacing cracked or slipped tiles
- Re-laying tiles over new underlayment
- Repairing flashing and ridge details
Good to know
Walking on tile can crack it. Leave inspections to a roofer who works with tile.
